Welcome to PREPPED ("PREPPED," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, client portal, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Our Services
PREPPED provides administrative document preparation and case organization services for self-represented individuals pursuing qualifying Texas Justice Court civil claims against businesses.
- PREPPED is not a law firm.
- PREPPED does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, legal strategy, legal representation, or attorney services.
- Nothing on this website or within our services creates an attorney-client relationship.
Eligibility
Our services are currently limited to:
- Self-represented individuals
- Texas Justice Court civil claims
- Claims against established businesses
- Claims that fall within the jurisdictional limits of the Texas Justice Court
PREPPED reserves the right to decline any request that falls outside our service scope.
Client Responsibilities
You agree that:
- All information you provide is truthful and accurate.
- You are responsible for reviewing all documents before filing.
- You remain solely responsible for your legal claims and all decisions regarding your case.
- You understand PREPPED does not make legal decisions on your behalf.
No Legal Advice
PREPPED employees and representatives cannot:
- Tell you whether you should file a lawsuit.
- Predict the outcome of your case.
- Recommend legal strategies.
- Interpret laws.
- Represent you in court.
- Communicate with opposing parties on your behalf unless expressly authorized for administrative purposes.
Fees
- Fees are disclosed before services begin.
- Payment is due according to the selected service package.
- Court filing fees, service fees, and third-party costs are separate unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
- Refund eligibility is governed by PREPPED's Refund Policy.
- Administrative work already completed may not be refundable.
Intellectual Property
All PREPPED branding, software, forms, graphics, content, and materials remain the property of PREPPED.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PREPPED shall not be liable for:
- Court decisions
- Case outcomes
- Filing delays outside our control
- Lost claims
- Missed deadlines caused by inaccurate client information
- Actions taken by third parties
Termination
PREPPED may refuse or discontinue services at its discretion if:
- False information is provided
- Abuse or harassment occurs
- The requested services fall outside PREPPED's scope
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
- Venue shall be Harris County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.
